Purchasing Manager

Job Description
-Initially responsible for a new product procurement project and then take over all responsibility for the Procurement Division;
-Negotiate and maintain contracts with material suppliers;
-Build and maintain the most efficient and customer supportive way of procurement management;
-Coordinate internally and externally in solving problems and ensuring a smooth and problem free handling of procured materials;
-Achieves targeted levels of purchasing budgets and inventory turns to reduce cost and increase profitability;
-Controls and verifies all materials and products being received and shipped to ensure accuracy and to satisfy customer requirements;
-Plans and controls overall division budget and manpower levels.
Job Requirement
-Bachelor degree or above;
-At least 5 years experiences in procurement management, minimum 3 years management position;
-Experience with multi-national company or international forwarder preferred;
-Experience with ERP or MRP (especially SAP) preferred;
-Expert in procurement in manufacturing environment with strategic perspective;
-Solid understanding of budgeting process, production planning, accounting, standards, policies and the law, and information systems;
-Fluent English;
-Familiar with MS-Office;
-Excellent communication skills and good team spirit.

Senior Accountant

Job Description
-Establish value flow based on SCBC business and production process;
-Release the accounting guideline according to the latest -China Accounting Standard, IFRS, and Siemens requirement;
-Control the accuracy and rationality of accounting vouchers.
Job Requirement
-Bachelor degree;
-At least 5 years accounting experience in manufacturing company;
-Experienced with SAP;
-Hold the qualification of Accountant and CPA is preferred;
-Deep knowledge and experience in cost accounting;
-Fluent English;
-Familiar with MS-office;
-Good communication and team spirit.

Application Engineer

Job Description
Responsible for designing and developing web-based software for internal use,such as aux system for production and sales department;
Cooperating with other department and understanding their requirement and define the software architecture.

Job Requirement
At least 3 years of working experience on software development;
Familiar with database development for web-based software;
Bachelor degree in computer science or relevant.

Product Manager

Job Description
-Be responsible for product lifecycle management;
-Offer the strategy suggestion to the management;
-Marketing promotion and sales support;
-Analyze the competitors' products and market strategy;
Job Requirement
-Be familiar with main players of low -voltage circuit breaker;
-Be familiar with low-voltage market and sales situation;
-Knowledge of cost, market share, product strategy and customer demands;
-Be able to travel in China (maybe in developing countries later);
-Good coordination skill in different divisions;
-Project management experiences;
-Excellent oral expression capability, English will be a plus.
